Since the release of the South Londoner's last hibernation single 'I Don't Want to Go Outside', R&B singer Zilo has stepped into the light (hopefully of her garden) with her new funky single 'WEIRD'. 70s style keys wobble around the funky groove of the bass and drums, creating an instantly sunny atmosphere. A high pitched gameboy melody lies underneath Zilo's soulfully melismatic vocal which tells the story of a weird stalker fan. Stacked, stretchy backing vocals are used in the chorus, whilst the lead vocal sings the catchy chorus hook "watching all my shit, yeah you're fucking weird".
